How the Program Works

At FairPoint, we believe in giving our customers the finest treatment we can offer. With this in mind, we've created FairPoint Business Rewards - a program specially designed for businesses like yours.

• You will earn one (1) Point for each dollar of qualifying charges each month, as long as your combined FairPoint monthly charges, including phone, Long Distance, and High Speed Internet, add up to at least $125  (excluding taxes, surcharges and directory advertising fees).

For example, if your local charges totals $500, and your Long Distance charges are $250, and your FairPoint DSL totals $50, you'll earn 800 Points.

Any Points earned will have an expiration date of two years from the month in which they’re earned and posted.

Points can be redeemed for rewards that benefit both you and your business.  To browse the Rewards Catalog, please select a reward category from the box in the upper right corner of the screen.
